Phase 1: Pre-Dispatch Logistics

All finished components undergo final QA before being wrapped in industrial-grade corrugated packing and edge protectors to prevent powder-coat abrasion during transit.
Dispatch Planning and Site Readiness Verification
Our logistics coordinators verify with your facility manager that the site is clear of civil work, accessible for heavy transport, and ready to receive materials before any dispatch occurs.
Phase 2: On-Site Coordination
Dedicated Fleet Transit
By managing our own logistics network out of Ahmedabad, we avoid third-party freight delays and ensure the furniture arrives safely across Gujarat (Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, etc.).
Phased and Floor-by-Floor Delivery
For large-scale projects, materials are unloaded and staged precisely where they are needed, minimizing internal site transfer and protecting existing interior fit-outs.
Phase 3: Technical Installation Execution
Structural Anchoring
Heavy-duty industrial racks and institutional storage units are properly aligned, leveled, and mechanically anchored to the floor or walls as required by safety protocols.
Cable Management Integration
Modular workstation spines are assembled with open raceways, allowing your IT contractors to immediately begin laying data and power lines without disassembling the furniture.
Phase 4: Quality Handover
Final Inspection Walkthrough
Our site supervisor conducts a joint walkthrough with the client's representative, verifying that all alignments, locks, and mechanisms function correctly.
Debris Clearance and Site Preparation
All packing materials, corrugated sheets, and installation debris are removed from the workspace, leaving a clean environment ready for immediate occupation.
Post-Installation Support
Following handover, the project enters the warranty phase. Our engineering team provides long-term structural warranties and maintenance guidelines for all commercial installations.
