Refund & Returns Policy
At Dipak Steel Furniture, we strive to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Please note our refund and replacement policy:
- No Returns After Delivery: Once a product is delivered to your premises, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
- Damage or Defects: Returns are only considered if the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Proof & Verification: Valid proof (such as photographs or videos of the damage) must be provided immediately for verification by our team.
- Replacement or Repair: Upon successful verification of the claim, the product will be either replaced or repaired at no additional cost, as per company discretion.
