Precision Cutting & Bending
Every product begins as a raw sheet of high-grade CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) steel. Using advanced CNC laser cutting machines and hydraulic press brakes, we shape the steel to millimeter-exact specifications.

Structural Welding
The strength of steel furniture lies in its joints. Our expert fabricators utilize heavy-duty MIG and TIG welding techniques to fuse the components together, creating a seamless, unbreakable structural core.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
We do not use standard wet paint. Every steel component goes through a chemical pre-treatment bath before receiving an electrostatic powder-coat. The parts are then baked in high-temperature ovens to cure the finish.

Assembly & Quality Control
